Why is the product being recalled?

The upper section of the rail can overheat if left on for prolonged periods. There is a risk of serious burns if a consumer touches the overheated towel rail.

What should you do?

1. Stop using the towel rail immediately and disconnect from the power supply.
2. Contact Nero Tapware to arrange for either a refund, free return and replacement, or a technician to perform a free repair.
