Payment options

Once your application to register plant, has been received, Workplace Health and Safety Queensland will send you an invoice for payment of fees.

You can pay the fee by:

• BPOINT with a credit card;
• BPAY (Note: the BPAY payment amount and reference number must match the invoice, otherwise payment will not be accepted by BPAY); or
• sending a cheque or money order made payable to the Office of Industrial Relations.

Please note that if the plant registration is submitted via the online portal, payment can be made immediately via BPOINT.

We accept the following credit cards for payment:

• Visa
• Mastercard.

Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club credit cards.

Goods and Services Tax (GST) does not apply to this fee.
