You must pay the $91.50 fee and you may be required to provide three (3) evidence of identity documents verified by a Justice of the Peace

Asbestos A Class licence
(PCBU's removing all types of any amount of asbestos containing material)

Submit the form with the $ 180.50 fee

Asbestos B Class licence
(PCBU's removing 10m2 or more of non-friable asbestos)
