When an injury or illness happens at work, we support Queenslanders through the process. We guide our customers through making a claim, gather information to help us make timely claim decisions, and collaborate with workers, employers, and medical and allied health providers to achieve early and sustainable recovery, rehabilitation and return to work outcomes.
