Worker definition webinar

CCIQ hosted a webinar on 31 July 2013 for Queensland employers to learn about legislative changes to who is a worker for workers' compensation purposes.

WorkCover Queensland Customer Service Manager for Construction, John Kinnane, presented the webinar. He discussed industry impacts of the legislation change and how an employer can make their own worker v contractor determination. He also stepped through the ATO employer v contractor online decision tool.
