Electrical Safety Fortnight ran from 1 to 14 September 2025, delivering more than 25 targeted events across Queensland. We were proud to work with industry stakeholders, regional communities, and the public to help Queenslanders stay electrically safe—at work, at home, and in the community.

This forum brought together members of the Electrical Licensing Committee and industry to explore apprentice supervision, safety obligations, and shared insights on protecting licence integrity and standards.

During Electrical Safety Fortnight, we delivered electrical safety messages to communities right across Queensland. We visited selected Bunnings stores, spoke with more than 270 primary school students, and worked closely with regional councils and First Nations organisations. Together, we’re helping Queenslanders stay safe at home, at work, and in their communities.
