Our Strategy and Finance team uses insights and understanding to continuously improve our customers’ experience and the services we provide. We turn data into insights, risk into opportunity, and problem-solve to bring strategic projects to reality. We provide advice and partner across the business to look for ways to meet both our business and customer needs. If you like finding solutions to real-world problems, getting deep in the detail but also thinking big, we’d love to hear from you.

Developing our people

Your development begins with a great onboarding program. At WorkCover we recognise the need to tailor development according to your specific learning needs. We will provide you with the opportunity to learn on the job, through your peers or manager and more structured learning by completing courses and programs. Once you've settled in, you will have ongoing development conversations with your manager. We partner with PIEF (Personal Injury Education Foundation) to provide industry recognised vocational learning pathways, connect with academic experts for learning programs and have tertiary study assistance pathways available for every role.
