Stay up-to-date

Get real time alerts about your claim straight to your phone.

We'll let you know when we're missing details or if we need your tax file number, so you can focus on recovery. Easy to action, you can click through right from your home screen.

You can also update your personal details, bank details, TFN and notification preferences all from within the app.

Track your payments

Find out when your next payment will be and see details about your last payment.

Submit your expenses and receipts or upload a work capacity certificate simply by taking a photo from your phone.

Track your reimbursements, from upload all the way through to payment.

Keep track of appointments

View past and upcoming medical appointments with itinerary and integrated maps, so you'll always know when and where your appointments are.

Notifications from your smartphone will let you know when you have an upcoming appointment. You can also give feedback about your appointment from within the app.
