What login details should I use?

WorkCover Connect is the essential online service for managing workers' compensation:

  • varying levels of access from policy management to full claims and safety access
  • flexibility and control to decide who in your business needs what.

Policy information

Through WorkCover Connect you can:

  • declare wages
  • make changes to your wages (amend)
  • pay your premium online and set up a flexible payment plan
  • view premium details
  • insight into your industry, with up-to-date data on claims and safety through our new industry dashboards.

You need to register and verify your identity to access these services. Once registered, you'll receive an email with your username and password for future reference.

Claims, safety, and insurance access

We have three types of access in WorkCover Connect: claims, safety and insurance, each giving you relevant information to help you manage your workers' compensation, including:

  • safety and injury trends: up-to-date data and information tailored to their business
  • industry comparisons: directly assess injury and claims performance against the industry
  • take control: build and capture data and information relevant to them
  • know their claims: advanced filter, search, send, track, and monitor claims
  • manage insurance: renew their policy, breakdown premium, and budget for the future.
