Any person or provider who is not an employee of the policy must have appropriate delegated authority from the policy holder. A copy of authority must be submitted to WorkCover prior to accessing any information.
All policy and claims information you may view via this service is strictly confidential. You must use this service solely for the purposes authorised. This includes but is not limited to for the purpose of rehabilitation, reporting, return to work arrangements and monitoring of your premium.
Keep your username confidential. Do not provide it to anyone other than us.
Keep your password secure and protected. Do not tell anyone your password. It is your responsibility to immediately inform WorkCover Queensland of any user changes and ensure that your online user account details are accurate and current.

Your use of this online service is subject to these terms and conditions.
WorkCover Queensland can terminate your access to this service if you fail to comply with these terms.
