Please be aware that for privacy reasons a claimant's TFN should be removed from any documentation sent through WorkCover Queensland's online services. Failure to redact this information prior to sending to WorkCover will result in processing delays as you may be asked to resubmit redacted copies of any documentation that breaches the claimant's privacy.
You can use the common law online services to:
- lodge a notice of claim (PDF, 0.78 MB)
- lodge an urgent notice of claim
- provide advice or request instructions
- submit a request for settlement monies
- submit an application against WorkCover Queensland
- provide other legal information
- submit a factual report
- submit a surveillance report
- submit an invoice for payment.
