Enhancing workplace mental health outcomes

Queensland organisations are encouraged to share their insights into the preferences, barriers and drivers they face in developing and implementing health and safety management systems that enhance mental health outcomes.

The latest Psychological Health Needs Assessment survey provides opportunity for organisations to share how they have applied insights and advice to drive stronger mental health initiatives and programs, and what could be done to foster further growth.

This survey is ideally to be completed by the person who knows best about health and safety in your workplace. This could include a safety or injury management professional, human resource professional, senior leader or business owner.

More than one person from the same organisation may complete the survey. This will enable WHSQ to get an indication of different views across an organisation.

Your answers will help inform the direction of future priorities that relate to workplace mental health.

All responses remain anonymous.

Participating organisations also have the opportunity to win a mental health training program for managers and supervisors (valued at $1000). Conditions apply, for more detail visit the survey link.
