3M respirator stop use and recall notification
3M Personal Safety has announced an immediate Stop Use and Product Recall of its 3M 9322A+ respirators. Due to a lack of full adhesive application, the nose foam may separate from the top panel of the respirators, which were available for sale 17 May 2019–10 June 2019.
3M has determined that affected respirators may not meet its expected performance. The Stop Use and Recall only affects products with the following batch details shown on the outer shipper, on the individual box and on the individual respirators (barcode number 08887719998017/SKU XA010017854).

Consumers should immediately stop using the product. Consumers can return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
