Truckin’ on…safely!

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland will be at the Brisbane Truck Show 16-19 May at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, providing a range of safety tips and advice for drivers and others in the industry.

Our advisors will present information sessions for the transport industry, including:

• vehicles as a workplace - work health and safety guide
• how to drive a healthy workplace and reduce chronic disease
• sprain and strain injury prevention for safety and productivity in the supply chain
• safely immobilising heavy vehicles and trailers
• vehicle loading crane safety.

WHSQ will have a trade display on the Plaza Terrace level so come and visit to try out our new interactive virtual reality experience, demonstrating truck and trailer safety, and get the latest information on how to operate safely in the transport industry.
