Rescue and resuscitation training reminder

A reminder for workers and employers that alternative rescue and resuscitation training arrangements introduced last year in response to COVID-19 will end on 1 August 2021.

Don’t leave it to the last minute—contact your training provider now to discuss your training requirements. Workers whose CPR, PTR or LVR training is not current should not act in roles that require this training, particularly safety observers for live work. The work should be rescheduled or redesigned so that a safety observer or rescuer is not required.
