Our Regulatory Approach describes how Workplace Health and Safety Queensland and the Electrical Safety Office deliver our regulatory functions.

The framework continues the strong focus on compliance developed in response to the 2017 Best Practice Review of Workplace Health and Safety Queensland. Our Regulatory Approach explains how the regulator uses education, guidance, compliance monitoring and enforcement strategies to achieve compliance with the laws.
