Results are in! Insights from our 2025 e-bulletin survey
We asked for your help to understand what we’re doing right and how we can improve our Rehabilitation and Return to Work e-bulletin to better meet your needs.
You can expect to see us implementing changes in direct response to your feedback over coming editions.
Best practice
Your voice matters. As the Workers’ Compensation Regulator, we listen, learn, and respond, to provide the workers’ compensation and rehabilitation and return to work (RRTW) resources you need to support your business and help workers recover early and return to work safely.
Why is this important
We want to support you to be capable and confident in preventing injuries and assisting injured workers to make an early and safe recovery and return to work.
Our survey confirmed that most of our readers are rehabilitation and return to work coordinators (RRTWCs). Work health and safety representatives, senior leaders and supervisors are also well represented in our subscriber network.
You told us that you value the RRTW e-bulletins and would like to see return to work best practice and RRTW success stories featured.
You also want to see more articles with practical information and advice about:
- suitable duties – identifying them, case studies, and tools to help employers find and support meaningful duties
- workplace culture – how to influence culture, reduce stigma, and build inclusive teams including remote working
- legislative changes – deliver clear updates on what has changed and what you need to know
- working with insurers and treating providers – how to improve communication with health providers to support early and safe return to work, and what to do while you wait for guidance.
What actions will we take now?
Your feedback drives change and we’re listening.
In upcoming editions, you’ll see updates shaped directly by your input, including:
- articles offering insights into effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including health providers
- case studies showcasing how to overcome challenges and achieve successful return to work outcomes.
We’ll also continue to spotlight legislative changes, share practical resources, and address both physical and psychological injuries, guided by current trends and campaigns. Our focus remains on evidence-based best practices, with clear, real-world examples of how they can be applied in Queensland’s workplaces.
