Manufacturing industry compliance campaign underway
Is your worksite ready for an inspection? Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHSQ) is conducting a statewide compliance campaign targeting moving plant within the manufacturing industry. The campaign runs from April 2026 through to 30 June 2026.
The campaign will focus on the safe use and management of:
- forklifts
- telehandlers, electric pallet jacks and other moving plant
- onsite traffic management.
