Yamaha Music Australia has issued a recall on a model of power adaptor due to a safety risk. Consumers are urged to take immediate action to prevent potential injury or serious property damage.

PA-300C model AC power adapter sold for the below products:

• ICP1 Intelligent Control Panel
• UR824 USB Audio Interface

Why the product is being recalled?

The adaptor may overheat and catch fire when used. There is a risk of serious burn injuries or death if the adaptor catches fire.

Incidents have occurred.

What should you do?

• Stop using the adaptor immediately and disconnect it from both the power outlet and the product.
• Register the affected adaptor via the Yamaha online portal.
• Yamaha will provide a free replacement for the adaptor.
