A safer way with MFA

Your information deserves extra protection

We're adding multi-factor authentication (MFA) to Worker Assist to help keep your personal information safe.

Setup is quick — it only takes a minute.

You already use MFA with us

You already have MFA protecting your bank details in Worker Assist.

We're now extending that same protection across your whole account.

How MFA works when you log in

MFA is becoming a standard part of logging in to Worker Assist. It adds a quick extra step that helps make sure it’s really you.

When you log in on the website, you’ll enter your password and a code we send you.

This extra check helps keep your account safe.

Before you start, check your details

To use MFA, we need your current mobile number or email address. Check we have the right details so setup is smooth.

  • Log in to Worker Assist and select Profile, then Account security.
  • If anything has changed, call us on 1300 927 928.

How setup works

After you log in with your username and password, we'll prompt you to set up MFA. Just follow the steps on screen — we'll guide you through it.

Set up MFA in 3 simple steps:

  1. Log in to Worker Assist
  2. Follow the prompts to confirm your contact details.
  3. Enter the code we send you.

Your data and privacy

We use your mobile number or email address to send you codes and confirm it's you. We store this information under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld).

Read more in our privacy policy and online privacy notice.

Does MFA guarantee security?

No system is completely risk-free, but MFA makes your account much safer. Even if someone gets your password, they can't log in without the code.

Stay protected:

  • Use a strong, unique password.
  • Keep your device secure.
  • Never share passwords or verification codes.
  • Don’t log in to Worker Assist on public or shared devices.
