Mental health support

We know the holiday season can often be a tough time for people without a strong support network or with family living far away. If you are waiting on a claim decision for a mental injury, we encourage you to access treatment as soon as possible.

Additionally, if you have an ongoing mental injury claim, we encourage you to continue your appointments during the holiday months of December and January.

While your claim for a mental injury is being assessed, you can access certain psychological treatment funded by WorkCover to support your recovery right now. Find out more about the support on offer.

Your employer may also have internal resources such as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that you may be able to access.
