Issue uploading documents through Worker Assist app

We are aware some workers are unable to upload documents through the Worker Assist app on their iPhone.

We are investigating this issue as a matter of urgency, but are currently unable to advise when this issue will be fixed.

Workers can still submit information outside of the app via the following methods:

Worker Assist website

https://ols.workcoverqld.com.au/ols/login.wc - Log in using your normal Worker Assist details.

Send or request information form

https://ols.workcoverqld.com.au/ols/public/uploadExistingClaim.wc?code=EXISTINGCLAIM - This form doesn't require a login, so you will need to manually enter some details relating to your claim (e.g. claim number, contact information) so we can process the documents correctly.
