Speakers

Olympia is a radio host, broadcaster and master of ceremonies with over a decade of experience across live television, radio and events.
Her background in live broadcast media has seen her connect with audiences across Australia, developing a strong ability to communicate clearly, adapt in real time and engage audiences through conversation and storytelling.
Olympia is also a presenter and podcast host who works with individuals and organisations to help them communicate with confidence, grounded in her belief that no one can tell your story better than you.

Dallas Adams is the founder of DC Adams Group and creator of the Why Safety Matters (WSM) program. With over 30 years’ experience across high-risk industries including mining, tunnelling and construction, Dallas brings a practical, real-world perspective to safety and leadership. His message is shaped by lived experience, including the loss of his father and brother to workplace incidents, which drives his passion to create meaningful change.
Through powerful storytelling, Dallas highlights the importance of mindset, being present, and how a positive mental state supports better decision making, safer behaviours, and a more proactive, engaged approach to work and life. He encourages individuals to reconnect with their ‘why’ and take ownership of safety for themselves and those around them.

Liz is a staff wellbeing specialist and organisational solutionist. With decades of experience in paediatric critical care, specialising in trauma, grief and bereavement, she completed a PhD examining the risk and protective factors for staff wellbeing.
Liz works part-time at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH), consults for the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, and undertakes research as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Queensland. She is also a staff wellbeing academic, a podcaster, a coach, a mediator, an educator, a debriefing advocate and a disruptor.

Tim is a clinical psychologist and state manager for mental health at the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland section). He leads the strategic delivery of mental health and wellbeing services across rural and remote Queensland, with a strong focus on community connection, access, and cultural responsiveness.
Raised in regional Western Australia, Tim combines lived experience and clinical expertise to support people and communities across regional Queensland. His work spans program design, disaster recovery, workforce development and mental health literacy, often in locations where distance and access present real challenges.
Tim is passionate about improving mental health outcomes in regional and remote areas. He works closely with community leaders, industry and government to ensure services are practical, accessible and responsive to local needs.

Julia is the founder and general manager of Easec. She is an occupational therapist with nearly three decades of experience and brings a strategic, systems-level perspective to early intervention, recovery and sustained participation at work.
Through her work with employers, insurers and government, Julia leads a multidisciplinary team supporting organisations to recognise early signs of risk, respond effectively and maintain connection to meaningful work.
She has a strong focus on mentally healthy workplaces and the role of leadership, systems and culture in shaping recovery outcomes, translating evidence into practical, actionable strategies.
Julia is also Queensland vice president of the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA), contributing to sector advocacy, policy and industry development.

Louise Robinson is director, workers’ compensation investigations and prosecution services at the Office of Industrial Relations (OIR). Since joining the Queensland Government more than 12 years ago, she has held a range of roles within OIR’s Workers’ Compensation Regulatory Services, including in policy, legislation development and dispute resolution.
In her current role, she oversees functions including the investigation of fraud and other suspected offending under the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 (the Act) and the prosecution of such offences on behalf of the Workers’ Compensation Regulator. Louise is driven by the desire to protect and improve the workers’ compensation scheme for the benefit of Queenslanders.

Jordan Landy is a branch manager and occupational therapist at APM WorkCare in Brisbane, with more than 15 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation.
Jordan leads a team in Brisbane, applying evidence-based approaches to help injured workers regain function and return to work safely and sustainably. He is also a member of the executive council for the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA) Queensland, where he advocates for excellence and the advancement of the occupational rehabilitation sector.
Jordan's expertise in injury recovery and team leadership fosters lasting positive changes and the creation of safe, efficient workplaces.

Chris delivers engaging, high-energy presentations focused on understanding and influencing human behaviour. Drawing on diverse research fields, he blends humour with tailored, practical content. As a certified neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner, he combines expertise in communication and behavioural modelling. His sessions use engaging storytelling and actionable strategies to help audiences take immediate action.
