Masterclass: Occupational cancers (All industries)
Approximately 40 per cent of Australians are exposed to at least one carcinogen in their workplace and around 6.5 per cent of cancer cases are attributable to occupational carcinogens each year. Putting in place control measures for carcinogenic hazards is the only way to reduce your cancer risk at work. This workshop will provide information about different workplace cancer risks, how you can manage the risks associated with carcinogens and your obligations under Work Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
