Safety Leadership at Work Conference 2019

The Safety Leadership at Work Conference is a must for senior managers and safety advisors.

Hear from Rachael Robertson, Antarctic expedition leader, who will share her unique stories and tools in a compelling presentation about shaping a resilient, safe and successful team in one of the most remote and dangerous workplace, Antarctica.

Keynote speaker Jonathon Lincolne (Small Giants Advisory) will also present on lessons learned following an esteemed career in leading organisational culture change and introduce ‘safety differently’ concepts to safety-critical industries. Jonathon is a nationally registered psychologist and recognised as a leading expert in the design and delivery of solutions that address human complexity in the workplace on the topics of safety, high-value teaming and human-centred design.

More than a talkfest, you'll also work through a practical guide on how to take a planned and strategic approach to health and safety in your workplace through the LEAD model of safety culture during a number of workshops.

Finish the day with an opportunity to network with peers and industry leaders in safety culture.
