Third party insurers

Interstate third-party insurers who have a Provider Connect account can use our online services to:

  • Submit a request from an employer to add a policy to their insurer claims report
  • Submit a request to remove a policy for an employer from their insurer claims report

For help on what type of documents you can lodge, call the relationship manager for the policy, or 1300 362 128.
