Third party insurers
Interstate third-party insurers who have a Provider Online account can use our online services to:
- Submit a request from an employer to add a policy to their insurer claims report
- Submit a request to remove a policy for an employer from their insurer claims report

Are your contact details up to date?
Make sure you are receiving information related to your WorkCover policy. Review your contact details online by logging into WorkCover Connect. Once logged in, select 'Contact > Change premium contact details' from the menu, and update if required.
