NOJA Power's Managing Director, Neil O'Sullivan, said that investing in a wellness program was crucial to their success as a company.

“The people who work for NOJA are our greatest resource and they perform their best when they are in an environment where they are encouraged to be as healthy as possible”, Mr O'Sullivan said.

“The results really speak for themselves; we've seen a massive 64 per cent reduction in injuries and a 33 per cent reduction in lost-time injuries. There's also been a 50 per cent reduction in sick leave and there's been a really drastic decrease in staff turnover, which has reduced by 63 per cent. A recent survey we conducted found that 96 per cent of employees are consuming enough fruit and vegetables compared to 40 per cent in 2012. It also revealed that 70 per cent of employees are involved in some sort of sport or physical activity.”
