• Winner: Hector the Erector, Wynnum
• Highly commended: Barney Beach Accommodation Centre, Barney Point

Category 4 – Best individual contribution to work health and safety

• Winner: Graham Hall, Fulton Hogan, Eight Mile Plains
• Highly commended: Brendan Gough, Brisbane Motorway Services, Bowen Hills

Category 5 – Best solution to an identified electrical safety issue

• Winner: Fulton Hogan, Toowoomba

Fulton Hogan submitted an outstanding entry and was the only finalist for category five.

Category 7 – Best workplace health and wellbeing initiative
