Never double passengers on a quad bike that is made for one person.
Your quad bike can be easy to roll over, especially when it is carrying an uneven weight.
The extra weight of a passenger can make the quad bike unstable and harder to handle, unless it is specifically designed to carry two people.
The seat on a single operator quad bike has been designed to allow you to move your body weight forward and backwards when going up or down slopes. Carrying a passenger restricts this movement and can increase your chances of falling off the quad bike.
It may be convenient for you to double passengers, but a safer option is to use a side-by-side vehicle (SSV) or consider using horses, motorcycles and utes to complete the task.
