Empower your business with new WorkCover Connect analytics coming soon!
Businesses will soon get the flexibility to report and compare on their own data and see injury trends over time with the next WorkCover Connect release. The new safety and claims dashboards are set to be delivered in late October and bring together custom fields functionality with WorkCover’s existing analytics—creating a powerful insights tool for customers.
The new dashboards will also give customers more choice in how they report—everything from date options, to what they compare, how they filter and even colour and chart selection. We’ve improved our injury human heat map to compare injuries at a glance and see which claims are impacting performance.
Designed with a focus on the user experience, we’ve made it easy to create, save and importantly share data and insights that matter to your business.
The new dashboards are just one of the exciting improvements for businesses who want to better manage their safety and workers’ compensation. Also in the October release will be a new tool for calculating wage payments (or normal weekly earnings).
We’ve listened to customer feedback on their reporting needs and met with employers across Queensland to help inform the improvements to WorkCover Connect, testing the updates with a pilot group of employers to ensure they hit the mark.
To get the full value of the improvements, custom fields should be set up in WorkCover Connect. Read more about the benefits of custom fields and how to set up.
If you don’t have access to analytics within WorkCover Connect, talk to your administrator or call us on 1300 362 128.
We’re excited to let businesses know about the new WorkCover Connect features, and will share more information as we get closer to the launch.
