Worker assist smartphone app now available
15 Aug 2014
Injured workers who have a workers' compensation claim can now stay connected with WorkCover Queensland while on-the-go and access a range of information relating to their claim using our new smartphone app, worker assist.
Workers can use the app to quickly and easily check when they will be paid next, claim expenses, track appointments, view correspondence, and more. Workers can also directly message us with any questions they may have from within the app itself.
Providing direct access to claim information allows workers to stay focussed on their rehabilitation and return to work, without having to worry about when their next appointment or payment is occurring.
This supports our goal of helping workers return to work as soon as possible, which benefits both workers and employers.
Watch a guided tour of the app to learn more.
The worker assist app is available on Apple and Android smartphone devices, and can be downloaded via the links below.
Workers must be registered for worker assist before they can use the app. If not already registered, workers can call us on 1300 362 128 to set up their account.
The app is part of a range of secure online services available for injured workers to stay connected with WorkCover Queensland. Visit the worker assist page for more information.
