Share |

WorkCover Queensland works with plaintiff lawyers to resolve common law claims for the most appropriate amount at the earliest possible opportunity. It's important all parties work together and keep the communication channels open to achieve a timely resolution in the best interest of all stakeholders.

Wherever possible, all parties should encourage and support the worker to remain at work or return to work as soon as possible.
