It’s not always possible to return to the same job after an injury.
But a different job with a host employer could be the answer. In Kylie’s case, returning to childcare wasn’t an option when she broke her ankle. Yet Lendlease Retirement Living, part of the Lendlease Group, needed help with some office work.
