Uncontrolled movement of a concrete truck 14 May 2018

High pressure water spray on asbestos roof 26 Apr 2018

In April 2018, a contractor used a high pressure water spray on a roof believed to be asbestos containing material (ACM) which he had been engaged to clean and repaint. ACM debris was distributed throughout part of the property and the neighbouring property. Read more...

Cable and connector voltage ratings for photovoltaic (PV) installations 21 Apr 2018

Designers and installers of PV installations need to ensure cables and cable connectors being used in the PV installation will be operating within voltage ratings specified by the manufacturer.
