Worker’s legs crushed by reversing forklift 17 May 2019

Upcoming return to work services tender 14 May 2019

Pump importer prosecuted for Townsville electrocution death 10 May 2019

Two years after a woman was electrocuted by a submersible pump in the backyard well of a Townsville home, the importer and online seller of the pump has been fined $1.2 million for failing to meet his obligations under electrical safety laws.

Supplementary IME Panel tender for Rehabilitation Physicians 07 May 2019

Following the appointment of medical specialists to our Independent Medical Examination (IME) Panel in July 2018, WorkCover Queensland is opening a supplementary tender for additional Rehabilitation Physicians to support demand for patient referrals. The tender is now open and accessible on the Queensland Government QTenders website and will close at 2pm on Friday 31 May 2019.
