We exist to support what can be a difficult and emotional experience of a work-related injury and are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for both workers and employers. Our Customer Support Representatives work in our contact centre, answering calls from employers and the public about safety, asbestos, workplace injuries and insurance premiums. Our Claims Representatives are the first (and often ongoing) point of contact in the claims process and spend their time determining liability for claims in line with legislation while our Customer Advisors manage a portfolio of customers with a passionate focus on return to work/wellness and relationship management. Our Customer Group also provides a number of leadership opportunities.
Solutions and Technology
Our solutions and technology group work to provide simple and connected digital services for our people and customers. Developing our people
Your development begins with a great onboarding program. At WorkCover we recognise the need to tailor development according to your specific learning needs.
