This is Bruce. You may remember him from such places as the home page of this site and other videos. Bruce Watson became our CEO in January 2017 and he's a fan of excellent customer service, getting people back to work and the open-door policy.
In fact, you'll likely see him away from his door altogether, walking around the WorkCover office having a chat with our team and generally taking our organisation closer to its goal of being Australia's leading workers' compensation insurer.
