Our focus

The Office of Industrial Relations is committed to working together with workers, employers, insurers and the health professions to build an effective and modern workers' compensation scheme for Queensland. We are dedicated to listening to our customers and ensuring they always receive a high quality, professional service.

To deliver our workers' compensation services we:

  • a clear understanding of the needs of our stakeholders through pro-active market research
  • carefully to our stakeholders and engage them in two-way conversations in order to better meet their needs
  • and attend stakeholder relationship forums to ensure a continuous dialogue and understanding of our customers' needs
  • to e-business and face-to-face activities to facilitate accessibility and efficient service delivery that ensures customer satisfaction.
